ABOUT CARA DE COOL
Why this name?
This name is a mix of playfulness, irony, and sarcasm. It all depends on how you interpret it. But what really matters is that it was born from a very serious reflection. "Cara de Cool" and "Cara de Coo" sound the same—have you noticed? What defines whether you're one or the other is your ability to laugh at yourself, not take everything too seriously, and use good humor at the right time.
Is Cara de Cool a brand for men or women?
Cara de Cool is for everyone. All our products are designed for anyone who wants to wear them. You just need to pick your model and size. Wear them however and whenever you like.
How do you define the brand's style?
Since Cara de Cool was founded in 2014, we have been very clear about the timeless style of our products. Nothing we create follows trends. We believe it's amazing to wear something you bought years ago without it looking either vintage or like the latest fashion statement. Our bet has always been on the timeless.

What materials are used in Cara de Cool sneakers?
Canvas sneakers: We use premium canvas on the upper part and natural leather inside.
Leather sneakers: We use natural leather for both the upper and inner parts.
Bags: Made of 100% cotton canvas.
In all cases, the materials were chosen for their comfort, durability, and impeccable finish.
What are the available sneaker models and colors?
TORTA DE CLIMÃO – A yellow-green sneaker with a black toe cap and sole.
Why this name? This sneaker's bold color dominates the space—hence the “climão” (intense vibe). Some call it citrus yellow, others say it’s greenish-yellow.This was our very first creation at Cara de Cool.
ROSA 80 – A white sneaker with a very, very pink sole.
Why this name? Pink was one of the defining colors of the 80s, which inspired this model. The sole and sides are bold—anything but discreet. Perfect for making an entrance. When and where?
APAGÃO – A classic black sneaker with a white toe cap and sole.
Why this name? A black sneaker is a basic must-have, but not too basic. The white toe cap breaks up the darkness. Fun fact: Apagão is the perfect inverse of the "Deu Branco" model.
DEU BRANCO –A white sneaker with a black toe cap and sole. Ready to get dirty.
Why this name? All white—but not quite. The black sole and toe cap keep it interesting. Oh, and just so you know: Deu Branco is the perfect inverse of Apagão.
LARA – Our beloved black sneaker with a bold orange sole.
Why this name? Did you know that Lara was the second sneaker we created at Cara de Cool? We wanted the most stunning sole ever, and the decision was unanimous: orange.
What sizes are Cara de Cool sneakers available in?
Our sneakers come in sizes 36 to 44.
How do I find my correct shoe size?
To find your ideal Cara de Cool sneaker size, follow these steps:
Place a sheet of paper on the floor, rest your foot on it, and mark the longest point (from heel to the tip of your longest toe).
Measure the distance in centimeters using a ruler.
Compare it to the chart below and choose the closest size.

What are the available bag models and colors?
Our bag is called Saco Cheio. It’s currently available in one model, made of 100% cotton canvas, and comes in three colors: black, white, and yellow.
Why this name? "Saco Cheio" means "Full Bag" (or, humorously, "Fed Up" in Brazilian Portuguese). It's designed to carry everything you love—laptop, snacks, phone, pencil case, wallet, work essentials, beach gear, and whatever else you need.

The Saco Cheio bag measures:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Pix, and bank slips (boleto bancário).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! You can split your purchase into up to 3 interest-free installments.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Contact us via WhatsApp or email (borafalar@caradecool.com.br). We respond quickly!
My payment wasn’t approved. What should I do?
Check if your details are correct or try another payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank, credit card provider, or our team via WhatsApp or email.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We ship all over Brazil.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You’ll see estimated shipping costs and delivery times at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your purchase is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email. If you have any questions, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order takes longer than expected, get in touch and we’ll check on it for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my sneakers if they don’t fit?
Yes! You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the sneakers are unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories. Your first exchange is on us!
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes! You have 7 days to request a return, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Can I return items bought on sale?
Items from the OUTLET or special promotions cannot be exchanged, unless they have a manufacturing defect (which can be returned within 90 days).

Produtos em promoção podem ser trocados?
Não realizamos trocas de produtos comprados na seção OUTLET ou em promoções especiais. Mas, caso o produto apresente defeito de fabricação, a devolução poderá ser feita normalmente dentro do prazo de 90 dias.
Quais são as opções de reembolso?
• Cartão de crédito: O prazo de reembolso depende da operadora do cartão, podendo levar até 60 dias.
• Boleto bancário/Pix: O valor será depositado diretamente na conta bancária do comprador.
